3. How we respond to “Do Not Track” signals

The Utopian Shift website currently does not respond to Do Not Track or similar signals. We are waiting for further clarification from the policy and legal community regarding how companies should properly respond to these requests.

We do our very best to make sure your information is secure by doing things like using SSL encryption. That being said, no data transmission is completely secure, so we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your data. If you’d like us to delete any data that you have provided via the website or via communications, please contact us and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some of the data you provided may be required to use some functions of the website and requesting its removal may result in your inability to use these functions. In some cases, we allow you to edit and update the information you have provided by using the Edit Account, and similar functions available through the Utopian Shift website. We care about the online safety of children and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
